Movie's progressing.

Salut tout le monde !

Le film avance plutôt bien, j'ai pas mal de soucis d'acteurs à côté. Certains ne me donnent pas de nouvelles depuis plusieurs mois et quand je leur envoie des mails ils ne me répondent pas... Je ne sais pas quoi faire je commence à être fatiguée de chercher des acteurs tout le temps !

Mais bon, au moins je saurai avec qui je dois travailler la prochaine fois ou pas.

Le film pour le moment fait 20 minutes et nous sommes à la moitié. Ça va aller plutôt vite jusqu'à la scène finale où j'aurai besoin d'une vingtaine de personnes. Donc encore une fois, si vous souhaitez participer voilà mon mail: CosmosMachinima@live.fr

Hi everybody !

The film is progressing rather well, I have a lot of problems with actors however. Some of them do not give me any news in several months and when I send them emails they do not answer me... I do not know what to do I'm getting tired of looking for actors all the time !

But hey, at least I know who I'm working the next time or not.

Je ne vous apporte pas de nouvelles fraiches mis à part le fait que le film avance plutôt bien :) Même si je m'inquiète de la durée que prendra celui-ci pour sortir à cause de beaucoup de voix manquantes... Fin bref, je viens ici vous faire part d'un petit interview de personnes indépendantes.

Cela fait combien de temps que tu travailles sur ton film ?
Cosmos : On pourrait dire que ça fait plus d'un an. En fait, j'ai commencé à avoir le scénario dans ma tête vers Novembre 2009. J'ai commencé à écrire celui-ci debut 2010 et j'ai commencé vraiment à travailler dessus vers Février 2010.
Parfois, par manque de temps, de certaines voix des acteurs et autres, j'ai pris énormément de retard. Voilà pourquoi le film est aussi long à venir.

As-tu une date précise de sortie ?
Cosmos : Pas vraiment. Car comme je l'ai dis juste avant les personnes dont j'ai besoin pour filmer ne sont pas toujours disponibles et certains acteurs n'ont pas beaucoup de temps non plus et tardent assez pour m'envoyer les voix. Il y a certains acteurs qui ne m'ont pas envoyé de voix depuis 6 mois.

Tu ne peux rien faire contre ça ?
Cosmos : Toutes les personnes travaillant avec moi le font bénévolement. Je n'ai pas à les engueuler ou autre. Par contre il est vrai que si certaines personnes veulent abandonner je préfère qu'ils me le disent tout de suite, afin que je puisse trouver de nouveaux acteurs très vite.

Donne nous un peu de détail sur ton film.
Cosmos : Je ne peux pas vous dire grand chose. Juste que je ne vous promets pas la lune et qu'il ne sera pas fait avec des supers effets spéciaux 3D ou autre. Je fais juste de mon mieux avec mon expérience.

Penses-tu que ton film aura un grand effet sur le public ?
Cosmos : Franchement, je ne pense pas que mon film fera de moi une super star. Il est vrai que j'aimerais que celui-ci soit vu un maximum de fois mais je ne me fais pas trop d'illusion.

Après ton film tu comptes refaire de courtes vidéos ?
Cosmos : Oui, enfin je l'espère ! J'ai un autre scénario de film en tête mais je pense faire une ou deux autres vidéos courtes avant de me lancer dans une nouvelle aventure comme celle-ci.

Anyway, I'm here to tell you about a little interview with independent persons.

How long you work on your film ?
Cosmos : You could say it's been over a year. In fact, I started to have the scenario in my head to November 2009. I started writing it in early 2010 and I started really working on it to February 2010. Sometimes, for lack of time, some voices actors and others, I had a lot of late. That is why the film is also coming along.

Do you have a specific date ?
Cosmos : Not really. Because as I said just before the people I need to film are not always available and some actors do not have much time either and they are slow enough to send me voices. There are some actors who do not send me their voices since 6 months.

Can't you do anything against that ?
Cosmos : All people working with me are volunteers. I do not have to berate or otherwise. By cons if it is true that some people want to give up, I'd rather they tell me right away, so I can find new actors quickly.

Give us some details about your film.
Cosmos : I can not tell you much. Just that I do not promise the moon and it will not be made with great special effects, 3D or otherwise. I just do my best with my experience.

Do you think your film will have a great effect on the audience ?
Cosmos : Frankly, I do not think my film will make me a superstar. It is true that I would like it will be seen as many times but I am under no illusions.

After your film, do you intend to repeat short videos ?
Cosmos : Yes, well I hope ! I have another screenplay in my head but I think make one or two other short videos before I get into a new adventure like this.

Énorme coup de gueule contre Blizzard. Pourquoi ? Deux choses:

1 ) Ma vidéo n'est pas dans le concours. Apparemment, après discussion avec un Mj en jeu, ils auraient fait une sélection (trop de vidéos).... MAIS LOL ! Y a pas un truc qui vous chagrine ? Je sais pas moi à partir du moment où tu es Blizzard, c'est-à-dire que tu sais qu'il y a des millions de personnes qui te suivent tu sais que si tu lances un concours tu vas avoir beaucoup de vidéos. Si t'es pas fichu de toutes les mettre au concours bah tu fais pas de concours. Ils ont pensé aux gens qui ont mit du temps à faire cette vidéo ? (Oui je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas là...) Ils ont pensé à tout ceux qui avaient travaillé dessus ? Et moi par exemple, mes acteurs ils vont être contents vous croyez en apprenant ça ? Bon ok la vidéo ne sert pas à rien puisqu'elle me permet de progresser et tout ça mais personnellement j'ai mis mon film en stand by pour faire cette vidéo (avec laquelle j'ai bien galéré) et j'ai rajouté du travaille supplémentaire à mes acteurs pour faire les voix ! Faut pas déconner sérieux !

2 ) Ensuite, déjà bien énervée par le concours, je jouais tranquillement quand je reçois un mail de Blizzard. Un avertissement exactement. Pourquoi ? Mon pseudo ne serait soit-disant pas du tout approprié aux règles. Mon pseudo c'est Answer. Faut m'expliquer ce qui n'est pas approprié là-dedans. Je rename puisqu'ils me l'avaient demandé et comme je suis super attachée à ce pseudo je l'ai renommé en Ànswers. Ni une ni deux j'envoie une requête à un Mj. Plus tard, il me répond et là je commence à m'énerver sur lui parce qu'apparemment mon pseudo faisait obstacle à la charte en ce qui concerne le monde réel et il part. Je vais jeter un œil à la charte et celle-ci disait "Cette catégorie comprend tout nom, explicite ou non, qui : Comprend toute référence à des lieux ou objets modernes du monde réel.". Je renvoie une requête en citant la charte et en disant "Answer n'étant ni un objet ni un lieu je vous demanderai de me restituer mon pseudo". Un autre Mj répond. Sa réponse ? Non. Il voit mon pseudo et me dit "Je vois que avez reprit le même je suis dans l'obligation de vous redemander de changer." Alors je rechange. J'ai mis quoi ? Answer XD Merci pour le rename j'ai pu remettre mon pseudo =P

Bref tout ça pour dire qu'en 5 ans de jeu j'ai payé 780 euros (juste pour l'abonnement) et c'est comme ça qu'ils traitent leurs joueurs ? Mais j'hallucine. Quand on écrit une charte on la respecte et quand on fait un concours on met toutes les vidéos.

Je me demande sérieusement si je ne vais pas me recycler dans un autre MMO RPG.

Huge rant against Blizzard. Why? Two things:

1 ) My video is not in the contest. Apparently, after discussion with a GM in game, they would have selected (too many videos)... LOL ! There's not something that upsets you ? I do not know but me from the moment you ARE Blizzard, that is to say, you know there are millions of people who follow you you know that if you throw a competition you'll have lots of videos. If you're not damn all to advertise so you do not contest. They thought people who took time to make this video ? (Yes I am not alone in this case...) They thought of all those who worked on it ? And me for example, my actors they'll be glad to learn it ? Ok the video is not used for anything since I am progressing and all that but personally I put my movie on standby to make this video (which I have struggled with) and I added the works further to my actors to do the voices! WTF seriously ?

2 ) Then, already upset by the competition, I was playing quietly when I receive an email from Blizzard. Just a warning. Why ? My nickname would supposedly not at all appropriate rules. My nickname is Answer. Explain me what is not appropriate there. Rename me because they had asked me and as I'm really attached to this pseudo I renamed Ànswers. Neither one nor two I send a request to GM. Later, he replies and then I start to get upset about it because apparently my username was preventing the chart regarding the real world and he leaves. I'll take a look at the chart and it said: "This category includes names, explicit or not, which: Includes references to places or objects of modern real world.". I refer a request citing the chart and by saying "Answer is neither a subject nor a place I would ask you to restore me my nickname." Another GM responds. His response ? No. He sees my name and said "I see you have the same I am forced to ask you to change again." So I spare. I put what ? Answer XD Thanks for the rename I could put my nickname =P

In short all that to say that in 5 years of playing I paid 780 euros (just for the subscription) and that's how they treat their players ? But hallucinating. When writing a chart and we respect it when you make a contest we put all the videos.

I seriously wonder if I'm not going to recycle another MMO RPG.
